We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician / German Specialist to join our highly respected independent garage in Gloucester. The Rewards
- Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per year basic (Tailored directly to your hands-on experience and technical skill level).

Your Role
As a vital member of our Gloucester technical team, you will:
- Carry out routine servicing, general maintenance, and complex mechanical repairs across specialist European vehicles.
- Use modern diagnostic tools and specialist software to accurately troubleshoot and resolve technical, electrical, and mechanical faults.
- Maintain high standards of work to ensure reliable "first-time fix" results and strong workshop productivity.
- Collaborate closely with a skilled team to uphold our strong reputation for specialist excellence and customer trust.
What You Need
- Qualifications & Experience: NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 (or City & Guilds / time-served equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair. Proven experience working on high-spec platforms is a major plus. F-Gas certification is preferred (or an interest in obtaining it).
- Licensing: Full UK driving licence is essential. An active MOT Tester licence is preferred but not required.
- Equipment & Mindset: Must possess your own hand tools. Strong diagnostic skills, high attention to detail, and a positive, team-focused work ethic.
