Pay & Benefits
- Salary: Up to £36,000 guaranteed basic per annum + performance bonus (most technicians earn an extra £500 – £600 per month)
- Guaranteed Bonus: £500 guaranteed extra per month for your first 3 months to help you settle in smoothly
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with weekend arrangements where applicable)

Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Light Vehicle Repair (or 6+ months hands‑on workshop/PDI experience).
- A clean, efficient work style with a passion for straightforward servicing and vehicle prep.
- Valid DVSA MOT Smart Card is a bonus, but completely optional.
- Full UK driving licence & own standard hand tools.
Location & Commute
- Base: Gillingham area (Free secure on-site parking)
- Road Links: Prime position directly accessible via the A2 and M2, offering an easy commute across Medway and Kent.
- Public Transport: Excellent access via Gillingham and Rainham mainline railway stations and local bus routes.
- Commutable From: Gillingham, Chatham, Rochester, Strood, Sittingbourne, Rainham, Faversham, and Maidstone.
