Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 basic (Salary dependent on experience; improvers welcomed)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30–17:30 (NO WEEKENDS)
- Perks: 30 days holiday (22 days + 8 bank holidays), company pension, choice of working location
- Training: Fully supported MOT tester qualification & ongoing advanced technical training
- Work: Servicing, mechanical repairs, cambelts & diagnostic fault-finding

Role Overview
Seeking a Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic (from experienced techs to improvers with 2+ years' hands-on experience) to handle routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs in a clean, state-of-the-art workshop.
Requirements
- 2+ years garage experience performing servicing and basic mechanical repairs
- Qualifications welcome but NOT essential—attitude and solid mechanical skills matter most
- Experienced technicians with NVQ Level 3 or MOT Smart Cards will command top-tier pay
- Full UK driving licence & own hand tools
Location & Commute
- Base: Choice of location between Dartford or Welling branches
- Commutable From: Bexleyheath, Erith, Crayford, Sidcup, Greenwich, Gravesend
