Pay & Benefits
- Basic Salary: £31,000 – £35,000 basic per annum (Tailored scale aligned directly to your experience level)
- Overtime Rate: Generous overtime paid at 1.5x rate (£22.50+ per hour) to boost your annual take-home pay
- Hours & Shift Patterns: 45 hours per week with a choice of tailored shift patterns (Early Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM OR Late Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM)

Role Overview
Seeking an ambitious Trainee Commercial & Van Mechanic with at least 6 months of garage, fleet, or workshop experience who wants to build a long-term, high-earning career in commercial vehicle and heavy transport maintenance.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 6+ months of experience working in an automotive garage, van fleet, or commercial workshop setting.
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 in Light or Heavy Vehicle Maintenance (or currently studying towards Level 3).
- Mindset: Strong desire to upskill into commercial fleet repairs and eventually step up to HGV vehicle maintenance.
- Essentials: Full UK driving licence & basic hand tools.

- Base: Crayford / Dartford area (Free secure on-site parking)
- Road Links: Strategic position directly along the main A2 corridor with immediate access to the M25 (Junctions 1A/1B) and the Dartford Crossing.
- Public Transport: Excellent rail connections via Crayford station (direct southeastern links) alongside frequent local bus routes across North Kent.
- Commutable From: Dartford, Crayford, Erith, Bexleyheath, Sidcup, Gravesend, Swanley, and Welling.
