Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 basic per annum (tailored directly to your current experience and technical skillset)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, plus a short Saturday morning shift (8:00 AM – 12:30 PM) on a comfortable 1-in-2 rotation

Role Overview
Seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic to join our busy, growing workshop team in Chippenham. Moving into a high-tech, fast-paced dealership environment, you will carry out routine servicing, safety inspections, diagnostic fault-finding using up-to-date brand equipment, and general mechanical repairs across customer vehicles to strict manufacturer standards.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or City & Guilds / time-served equivalent) with a proven track record in a professional workshop
- Solid foundational knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, routine maintenance, and mechanical repair
- Valid DVSA MOT Smart Card or F-Gas certification is advantageous, but not essential
- Full UK driving licence & own hand tools
