Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 basic per annum
- Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Friday 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM (NO WEEKENDS)
- Perks: 28–33 days holiday allowance (including bank holidays), company pension scheme, free secure on-site parking
- Training & Development: Ongoing customer service and automotive software training pathways
- Workload: Managing customer bookings, greeting motorists on service reception, coordinating workshop schedules with vehicle technicians, handling telephone & email enquiries, and processing job cards & invoices.

Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor / Service Advisor to join our front-of-house team. You will act as the key link between our customers and our vehicle mechanics, managing bookings, providing accurate updates, and ensuring an exceptional experience from drop-off to collection.
Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Service Advisor, Service Receptionist, or Customer Service Coordinator within an automotive garage or dealership environment.
- Strong communication skills, a professional telephone manner, and a passion for delivering first-class customer service.
- Highly organised with good IT literacy and the ability to manage a busy reception desk.
- Full UK driving licence is preferred.
