Pay & Benefits
- Basic Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 basic per annum (Tailored salary scale starting from mid-level tech up to Diagnostic Specialist / Master Tech level)
- Hours & Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM — STRICTLY ZERO WEEKENDS (Enjoy every single weekend completely off)

About Us
We are an established independent specialist in Shoreham-by-Sea with over 70 years of heritage. Best known as regional experts in Modern MINIs and multi-brand servicing, we also take on unique historic builds, classic restorations, and custom track/motorsport projects—including building custom race cars that have competed in 24-hour endurance events. We combine main dealer diagnostic capability with the passion of a true specialist workshop and zero corporate pressure.
Role Overview
Seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician or Mechanic to join our workshop team near Brighton. You will handle a dynamic mix of work—combining everyday MOT testing, routine servicing, and general repairs across all makes and models with specialized modern MINI work, engine rebuilds, classic restorations, and motorsport track prep.
Requirements
- Experience: Open to candidates with 2+ years of technician experience up to fully qualified Master Technicians (NVQ Level 3 or time-served equivalent).
- Passion & Skills: Strong mechanical ability with a genuine passion for classic vehicles, motorsport, and all-makes servicing.
- Diagnostics & MOT: Confidence with modern diagnostic equipment (MOT Smart Tester status is a bonus, but not required).
- Essentials: Full UK driving licence, own hand tools, high attention to detail, and a strong team ethic.
Location & Commute
- Base: Shoreham-by-Sea area (Free secure on-site parking)
- Road Links: Strategic position directly off key coastal transport corridors (A27 / A259).
- Commutable From: Brighton, Hove, Worthing, Lancing, Portslade, Steyning, Henfield, and Shoreham.
