- Salary & Earnings: £32,000 – £40,000 basic per annum + £18,396 annual bonus potential (£50,000+ realistic OTE)

Role Overview
Seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician or Mechanic to carry out routine servicing, diagnostic troubleshooting, safety inspections, and electronic repairs on modern luxury 4x4 vehicles in a cutting-edge workshop environment.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 (or IMI equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
- Strong diagnostic fault-finding and mechanical repair capabilities.
- Fast-track manufacturer training provided—non-brand and independent mechanics are strongly encouraged to apply!
- Full UK driving licence & own hand tools.
Location & Commute
- Base: Brighton area (Drive-through workshop facility with free secure on-site parking)
- Road Links: Excellent central Sussex connections via the A27 and A23 corridors.
- Commutable From: Brighton, Hove, Worthing, Lewes, Shoreham-by-Sea, Haywards Heath, and Newhaven.
