Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 basic per annum (Top-tier market basic) + performance-based bonus scheme (discussed & finalized upon start)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Daily 7:45 AM team briefing) — STRICTLY NO WEEKENDS
- Perks: 28 days holiday allowance (20 days + 8 bank holidays), workplace pension scheme, full uniform provided, and free secure on-site parking
- Training & Development: Fully funded ongoing technical training, master-level pathways, and advanced diagnostic upskilling

Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician / Diagnostic Specialist to manage routine servicing, complex mechanical repairs, and advanced fault-finding across prestige and modern vehicles within a structured, high-performing workshop environment.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 (or time-served equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
- Advanced diagnostic, auto-electrical, and mechanical fault-finding capabilities.
- Strong team communication skills, high attention to detail, and a commitment to 5-star standards.
- Full UK driving licence & own hand tools.
Location & Commute
- Base: Brighton area (Free secure on-site parking)
- Road Links: Strategic position right off key transport routes (A27 / A23 corridor).
- Commutable From: Brighton, Hove, Worthing, Lewes, Shoreham-by-Sea, Haywards Heath, Newhaven, and Peacehaven.
