Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 basic per annum + Performance-based bonus scheme (discussed & finalized upon start)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:30 (Daily 7:45 morning meeting | NO WEEKENDS)

Seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician / Diagnostic Specialist to lead servicing, complex fault-finding, and mechanical repairs across a wide range of modern vehicles in a structured, high-performing environment.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 (or time-served equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
- Advanced diagnostic, fault-finding, and mechanical repair capability
- Strong team communication skills and commitment to 5-star standards
- Full UK driving licence & own hand tools
