Pay & Benefits
- Basic Salary: £29,000 – £32,000 basic per annum (Tailored salary scale aligned directly to your current experience level) + performance bonus scheme
- Hours & Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (plus alternate Saturday morning rota)

Role Overview
Seeking a motivated Trainee Luxury Vehicle Technician with at least 6 months of garage experience to perform routine maintenance, servicing, and foundational repairs while shadowing master technicians to step up to main dealer luxury standards.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 6+ months of hands-on experience in a main dealer or independent garage.
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or currently completing).
- Mindset: Eagerness to learn high-end diagnostic and electronic troubleshooting skills under senior mentorship.
- Essentials: Full UK driving licence.

- Base: Aylesford / Maidstone area (Free secure on-site parking)
- Road Links: Exceptional access directly via the M20 (Junctions 5 & 6), A20, and nearby M2/M26 links across Central Kent.
