Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £32,000 – £39,000 basic per annum (dependent on experience) + generous Performance Bonus Scheme
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (plus manageable Saturday morning rota)

Role Overview
Seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician or Mechanic to perform high-quality diagnostic troubleshooting, routine servicing, maintenance, and vehicle repairs to rigorous manufacturer standards within a busy, professional workshop environment.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 (or IMI equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
- Proven background as a Vehicle Technician (main dealership or strong independent specialist experience welcome).
- Strong mechanical diagnostic, fault-finding, and electronic capabilities.
- Full UK driving licence & own hand tools.
Location & Commute
- Base: Aylesford / Maidstone area (Free secure on-site parking)
- Road Links: Prime location situated directly off major transport links (M20 / A20 corridor).
- Commutable From: Maidstone, Aylesford, Rochester, Chatham, West Malling, Tonbridge, and Sittingbourne.
