Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 basic + £4,000 team bonus (£34,000 - £39,000 Realistic OTE)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00 (Full 1-hour lunch | Strictly 100% weekend-free)

Role Overview
Seeking an eager Vehicle Technician / Improver to carry out routine servicing, brakes, suspension, and general repairs, while working directly alongside Master Technicians to learn advanced diagnostics and complex fault-finding.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 (or equivalent time-served experience)
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in a garage, dealership, or fast-fit environment
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine hunger to upskill into diagnostics
- Full UK driving licence & basic hand tools
