- Hours: Monday to Friday: 08:30 to 18:00. Saturdays: 08:30 to 17:00 (1 in 3 rota).

Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greeting customers, handling bookings, arranging travel, and delivering a great experience.
- Workshop Liaison: Tracking vehicle progress with technicians to ensure on-time delivery.
- Communication & Sales: Managing phone enquiries, updating customers, and professionally advising on required repairs.
Qualifications
- Requirements: Experience as a Service Advisor, strong IT/phone skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
