Salaries & Benefits
- Salary: £30,000–£32,000 basic salary plus attainable bonus opportunities.
- Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30–18:00; Saturdays 08:30–17:00 (rota 1 in 3).

Responsibilities
- Customer Service: greets customers, handles bookings, arranges travel and delivers an outstanding experience.
- Workshop Liaison: tracks vehicle progress with technicians ensuring on‑time delivery.
- Communication & Sales: manages phone enquiries, updates customers and advises mandatory repairs.
Requirements
- Experience as a Service Advisor.
- Strong IT/phone skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
