Operating out of a modern, well-equipped facility, they offer structured master technician support, dealer-grade software, and long-term stability within a tight-knit 10-person crew.

- Pay & Incentives: £35,000 – £45,000 per annum basic (DOE)
- Working Schedule: Monday to Friday ONLY (No Weekends!)

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine servicing, major maintenance, and core mechanical work (brakes, steering, timing chains, and suspension overhauls)
- Carry out complex diagnostic fault isolation on electrical and mechanical systems across prestige German inventory
- Execute Class 4 MOT tests and safety inspections (if licensed)
- Complete detailed vehicle health checks (VHC) and pre-delivery inspections
- Maintain precise digital workshop records and collaborate closely with service advisors and fellow technicians
Candidate Profile
- Track Record: A proven, time-served mechanic with extensive hands-on workshop experience and complete tool confidence
- Brand Experience: Previous experience with VAG (Audi, VW, SEAT, Škoda) or wider German marques (BMW, Mercedes) is highly desirable
- MOT License: Valid DVSA MOT Tester License is preferred, but not essential
- Attitude: A quality-focused professional who takes pride in clean, right-first-time craftsmanship
- Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence
