We are a highly-rated, independent garage in Nutfield looking for a friendly Service Advisor / Receptionist to be the face of our workshop.

What you will be doing:
- Customer Service: Welcoming customers face-to-face, over the phone, and via email.
- Booking & Scheduling: Managing the workshop diary for servicing, MOTs, and repairs.
- Communication: Liaising between technicians and customers to explain repairs clearly.
- Admin: Creating job cards, invoicing, and processing payments.
Commutable Locations: Based in Nutfield, easily commutable from Redhill, Reigate, Godstone, and Caterham.
