What is in it for you:
- Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 + Group bonus scheme
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:30 (No weekends!)

What you will be doing:
- Customer Service: Welcoming customers face-to-face, answering phone inquiries, and handling email correspondence with warmth and professionalism.
- Booking & Scheduling: Efficiently managing the workshop diary for vehicle servicing, MOTs, and mechanical repairs.
- Communication: Acting as the clear link between technicians and customers to explain vehicle repairs clearly and transparently.
- Administration: Creating job cards, preparing quotes, invoicing, and processing customer payments.
Commutable Locations: This role is based in Nutfield, making it an easy commute from Redhill, Reigate, Godstone, and Caterham.
