What is in it for you:
- Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 per year + Excellent Bonus Potential
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Kickstart your weekend early with 1 in 3 Fridays wrapping up at 1:00 PM!)

What you will be doing:
- Welcoming clients warmly, coordinating service schedules, and acting as the vital link between customers and workshop staff.
- Going over vehicle check results with owners, providing straightforward advice on necessary repairs and routine care.
- Highlighting value add products, extended service plans, and accessories to help reach group targets.
- Managing payment processing, vehicle handovers, and administration to guarantee a smooth customer journey.
- Maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction ratings by delivering a warm, professional service every single time.
Commutable Locations: This role is based in Portsmouth, making it a simple commute from Fareham, Gosport, Havant, and Waterlooville.
