The Rewards

Your Role
Working in our high‑tech Oxford bays, you will:
- Execute comprehensive repairs and maintenance on high-spec luxury vehicles, including advanced servicing, safety health checks, and chassis work.
- Utilize cutting‑edge manufacturer diagnostic software and tools to systematically investigate, track down, and rectify complex faults.
- Operate comfortably within set processes and manufacturer timescales to maintain a smooth, efficient workshop flow.
- Maintain exceptional, safety‑first standards on all mechanical repairs to deliver an elite customer experience.
What You Need
Qualifications & Experience: NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 (or City & Guilds / equivalent) qualification is required, alongside proven hands‑on experience within a franchised dealership environment.
Licensing: A full UK driving licence is essential.
Key Strengths: Strong technical expertise, solid organizational skills, a dedicated work ethic, and a positive team‑player attitude.
