Operating out of a fully equipped, modern facility, this business covers everything from multi-brand servicing, Class 4 & 7 MOTs, and diagnostic fault-finding to EV/hybrid systems and accident repair. They are looking for an adaptable technician seeking strong job security and a supportive team setup.

- Salary Range: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (DOE)
- Working Pattern: Rota-based shift structure

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine mechanical repairs, scheduled servicing, and maintenance across cars, light vans, and EV/hybrids.
- Isolate complex mechanical and electrical faults using modern diagnostic equipment.
- Conduct thorough vehicle health checks, safety inspections, and general mechanical troubleshooting.
- Cross-collaborate on bodyshop-related mechanical tasks and accident-repair prep work.
- Log work accurately and communicate effectively with front-desk advisors regarding parts and schedules.
Candidate Profile
- Qualifications: No formal certifications needed - practical tool confidence, time-served workshop experience, and mechanical talent are prioritized.
- Experience: Proven background in multi-brand vehicle servicing, mechanical repairs, and fault-finding (LCV, van, or EV/hybrid experience is a plus).
- Attributes: Reliable, adaptable, efficient, and eager to work within a collaborative workshop environment.
