Key Package & Benefits

  • Base Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per year basic (DOE)
  • Working Pattern: Monday to Friday with an early finish on Fridays (No Weekends!)

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine multi-brand servicing, scheduled maintenance, and general mechanical repairs across customer cars and prestige vehicles.
  • Diagnose complex electrical and mechanical faults using modern diagnostic equipment.
  • Undertake or develop specialist skills in gearbox servicing, transmission care, and drive-train repairs.
  • Complete multi-point health checks, brake replacements, and air con system recharges.
  • Maintain clean workshop job records and collaborate with a close-knit team to manage turnaround times smoothly.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven hands-on workshop experience in servicing and repair.
  • Requirements: Full valid UK Driving Licence.
  • Technical Capability: Strong background in general mechanical repairs, health checks, and fault isolation (transmission experience is a plus, but not essential—training provided!).
  • Mindset: Detail-oriented, reliable, adaptable, and focused on high-quality workmanship.
