What is in it for you:
- Salary: £32,000 Basic Salary + Saturday Allowance
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 18:00. Saturday Rota: 1 in 3 Saturdays, 08:00 – 13:00.

What you will be doing:
- Customer Care & Check-In: Welcoming clients, managing check-in/check-out processes, handling inquiries, and coordinating service loan car bookings.
- Workshop Liaison: Acting as the primary bridge between customers and workshop technicians to track repair progress and convey updates clearly.
- Health Checks & Upselling: Presenting Vehicle Health Check (VHC) findings, explaining necessary maintenance or repairs, creating accurate invoices, and taking payments.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (main dealer or busy independent garage preferred)
- Familiarity with Dealership Management Systems (DMS) like Kerridge/Key2Act
- Exceptional communication skills
- Valid Full UK Driving License
