Your Role

As a vital member of our High Wycombe technical team, you will:

  • Mechanical Repairs: Tackle all aspects of vehicle repairs, routine servicing, and safety maintenance within given timescales.
  • Expert Diagnostics: Use high-spec diagnostic tools and equipment to efficiently identify and resolve technical faults.
  • Quality Standards: Follow set processes and procedures to maintain high-quality, safe "first-time fix" results.
  • Efficiency: Complete vehicle repairs accurately to maintain a smooth workshop flow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaboration: Operate as a dedicated team player, ensuring a clean and safe workshop environment while utilizing provided PPE.

What You Need

  • Qualifications: NVQ / City & Guilds Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent qualification) is a must-have.
  • Experience: Proven track record as a qualified Vehicle Technician, Mechanic, or Service Technician.
  • Key Strengths: A motivated, dedicated, and highly organised professional with excellent customer service skills and a team-player mindset.
  • Licensing: A full UK driving licence is essential.
