We are seeking a qualified Service Technician / Car Mechanic to join our team in Evesham. Representing respected automotive franchises, we offer a £30,000-£35,000 basic salary, structured weekday hours, rotational Saturday morning coverage, and the backing of a well-established dealership group.

Your Role

As a vital Service Technician in our Evesham workshop, you will:

  • Perform vehicle servicing, routine maintenance, safety checks, and mechanical repairs to manufacturer standards.
  • Carry out diagnostic fault-finding using up-to-date dealership software and diagnostic equipment.
  • Complete vehicle health checks (VHC) and maintain clear, accurate technical records on job cards.
  • Ensure high-quality "first-time fix" results while adhering strictly to workshop health and safety standards.

What You Need

  • Qualifications & Experience: NVQ / IMI Level 2 or Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent qualification) is essential.
  • Licensing: Full UK driving licence is essential. An active MOT Tester licence is preferred but not required.
  • Equipment & Skills: Must possess your own hand tools; bring strong attention to detail, good problem-solving abilities, and a reliable work ethic. F-Gas certification is preferred (or an interest in obtaining it).
