About Us
We are expanding our energetic sales team in Eastbourne. We pride ourselves on a supportive, forward-thinking environment and provide a full, world‑class manufacturer training programme leading to accredited status. Whether you are experienced or new to the industry, we offer the tools, technology, and team spirit to help you thrive.
What is in it for you:
- Salary: £16,000 basic + uncapped commission (Guaranteed £30k pro-rata for your first 6 months).
- Hours: 8:30am–6:00pm Mon–Fri (4‑day week), Sat 9:00am–5:00pm, Sun/Bank Holidays 10:00am–4:00pm (1-in-3 rota).

What you will be doing:
- Proactively welcoming and communicating with new and existing showroom customers.
- Demonstrating vehicles and features both in person and via digital video tools.
- Preparing quotations and managing customer details on the dealer CRM system.
- Maintaining a professional physical showroom and up‑to‑date online listings.
- Following up post-purchase to ensure excellent long‑term customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Full UK Driving License, strong communication skills, and great organization. Note: Sponsorship is not available.
Commutable Locations:
Based in Eastbourne, easily commutable from Bexhill, Hastings, Lewes, and Hailsham.
