What You’ll Be Doing
- Core Maintenance & Servicing: Carrying out routine servicing, multipoint safety inspections, brake maintenance, tire service, and fluid changes across modern VAG vehicles.
- General Mechanical Repairs: Executing light repairs, suspension component replacements, and minor component fitting.
- Diagnostic Development: Shadowing senior VAG technicians and learning official VAG diagnostic software systems to level up your fault-finding skills.
- Quality Standards: Maintaining clean, right-first-time work standards to ensure customer safety and high satisfaction.
Requirements
- 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in a workshop environment (independent garage, fast-fit center, or dealership).
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 / City & Guilds in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or working towards completion).
- Strong ambition, clean working habits, and a genuine eagerness to build a high-earning career with German brands.
- A full UK driving licence.
