What you will be doing:
As the vital link between our customers and the workshop, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers, managing reception, and handling telephone/email enquiries.
- Booking vehicles in for servicing, MOTs, diagnostics, and repairs.
- Preparing job cards, estimates, and invoices while liaising with technicians.
- Keeping customers updated on vehicle progress and processing payments.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor, or Service Receptionist is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service, great communication, and solid IT skills are essential.
- Motor trade experience is a plus but not mandatory for the right candidate.
Commutable Locations: Based in East Peckham, making it an easy commute from Tonbridge, Maidstone, Tunbridge Wells, and Paddock Wood.
