- Hours: 45 hours per week | Monday β Friday: 08:00 β 18:00 (Includes a 1-hour unpaid lunch break each day β Enjoy your weekends off!)

What you will be doing:
- Parts Management & Stock Control: Sourcing, ordering, receiving, and managing inventory for genuine OEM parts and accessories.
- Counter & Workshop Support: Assisting technicians, workshop staff, trade accounts, and retail customers with accurate parts identification and fast turnaround.
- Systems & Catalogues: Utilizing electronic parts catalogues (EPC) and dealership management systems (DMS) to interpret diagrams, track stock, and process orders efficiently.
- Customer & Trade Relations: Providing expert product advice, processing orders over the counter and via phone, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Prior Automotive Parts experience is essential (Main Dealer or Independent Specialist/Motor Factor background).
- Brand accreditation (e.g., BMW/MINI) is highly advantageous and unlocks the upper salary band of Β£34,000 p/a.
- Strong attention to detail, IT proficiency, and strong communication skills.
Commutable Locations: This role is based in Gatwick (Crawley), making it an easy commute from Horley, Redhill, Reigate, Horsham, and East Grinstead.
