Key Package & Benefits
- Base Salary: £28,000 – £34,000 per year (DOE)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 (Saturdays operated on a team rota)

What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out routine vehicle servicing, safety checks, and core mechanical maintenance.
- Developing your diagnostic skills alongside senior mechanics using modern fault-finding software.
- Gaining hands-on experience on light commercial vans and larger fleet vehicles.
- Assisting with pre-MOT checks and preparing vehicles to strict workshop standards.
- Working closely with an approachable, highly experienced team in a collaborative environment.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: At least 1 year of practical workshop experience (fast-fit, independent, or main dealer).
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent qualification).
- Mindset: Eager to learn, passionate about mechanical work, and interested in fleet/commercial transport.
- Teamwork: A proactive, reliable team player focused on doing quality work.
