What is in it for you:
- Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 per year + Performance Bonus Scheme
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Great work balance with 1 in 3 Fridays wrapping up early at 1:00 PM!)

What you will be doing:
- Greeting customers warmly, organising service schedules, and acting as the main contact point between owners and workshop staff.
- Going through vehicle inspection reports clearly, offering straightforward explanations for required maintenance and repairs.
- Recommending additional service options, protection plans and official accessories to help meet target goals.
- Managing payment processing, invoicing and administrative tasks to guarantee a smooth vehicle handover.
- Keeping customer satisfaction scores high by providing attentiveness and care every single day.
Commutable Locations: This role is based in Chichester, making it an easy commute from Bognor Regis, Arundel, Havant, and Emsworth.
