Your Role
As a vital member of our Cheltenham technical team, you will:
- Carry out routine vehicle servicing, brake overhauls, clutch replacements, timing belts, and general mechanical maintenance.
- Utilize up-to-date diagnostic tools to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve electrical, mechanical, and engine management faults.
- Maintain high standards of work to ensure reliable "first-time fix" results and high workshop productivity.
- Work productively as part of a close-knit team to keep jobs running smoothly and maintain customer trust.
What You Need
Qualifications & Experience:
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).
- Proven track record as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic in a busy workshop environment.
- F-Gas certification is preferred (or an interest in obtaining it).
Licensing:
- Full UK driving licence is essential.
- An active MOT Tester licence is preferred but not required.
Equipment & Mindset:
- Must possess your own hand tools; bring a strong work ethic, keen eye for detail, and a team-first attitude.
