Your Day-to-Day
Working as a core member of our technical team in Cardiff, you will:
- Carry out routine servicing, manufacturer safety inspections, and complex mechanical repairs within targeted timescales.
- Utilize high-spec factory diagnostic tools and software to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve technical, electrical, and mechanical faults.
- Follow structured brand processes to maintain high-quality, safe "first-time fix" results.
- Work productively to keep the workshop running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with your team to maintain a clean, safety-first workshop while making full use of provided PPE.
What You Bring to the Table
Qualifications & Experience: Qualified Vehicle Technician holding an industry-recognized qualification (NVQ/IMI Level 2 or Level 3 equivalent). Time-served workshop experience as a Vehicle Technician or Car Mechanic is required. F-Gas certification is preferred (or an interest in obtaining it).
The Mindset: A motivated, dedicated, and highly organized professional with a strong team mindset and keen attention to detail.
Licensing: Full, valid UK driving licence is essential. An active MOT Tester licence is preferred but not required.

Our modern facility is based in Cardiff and is ideally situated for a quick and straightforward daily commute for anyone travelling from Newport, Penarth, Barry, Caerphilly, Pontypridd, Bridgend, Cwmbran, and the surrounding South Wales areas.
