What is in it for you:
- Salary: £31,000 – £32,000 basic salary | OTE £36,000 – £37,000 (via realistic, highly achievable bonuses).
- Hours: 42.5 hours per week (includes Saturday morning rota).

What you will be doing:
- Billing & Records: Processing workshop invoices, accurately updating database records, and managing service documentation.
- Customer Support: Managing inbound and outbound customer inquiries with a refined, professional approach.
- Team Operations: Providing crucial administrative support to the Service Advisors, Workshop Management, and Technicians to ensure efficient daily workflow.
Requirements:
- Solid administrative experience (preferably within the motor trade), excellent communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office.
- Hands-on experience with Kerridge or Keyloop is highly advantageous.
Commutable Locations: This position is based in Canterbury, making it an easy daily commute from Ashford, Thanet, Folkestone, and Faversham.
