We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic to join our premier independent service centre team in Camberley. Operating from a spacious 6-ramp setup alongside a skilled team of 5 technicians, we offer a Β£35,000βΒ£40,000 basic salary, structured weekday hours with Saturdays on a rota basis, and access to top-tier diagnostic equipment and MOT testing bays.
The Rewards

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 β 17:00, with Saturday morning shifts required on a fair rota basis.

Your Role
As a vital Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic in our Camberley workshop, you will:
- Carry out light vehicle servicing, preventative maintenance, and mechanical repairs across a diverse range of vehicle makes and models.
- Utilize modern diagnostic scanners and workshop tooling to systematically troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical faults.
- Execute repair work on MOT failures to high trade standards and support overall workshop flow.
- Conduct statutory Class 4 MOT inspections efficiently and accurately to DVSA standards (if qualified).
What You Need
Qualifications & Experience: NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds (or equivalent time-served experience) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair. F-Gas certification is preferred (or an interest in obtaining it).
Licensing: A full UK driving licence is essential. An active DVSA MOT Tester licence is preferred but not required.
Equipment: Must possess your own hand tools for daily workshop repair tasks.
