What You’ll Be Doing
- VAG Servicing & Repairs: Executing high-level mechanical overhauls, timing chains, DSG services, and routine scheduled maintenance.
- Advanced Fault Diagnostics: Utilizing ODIS, VCDS, and factory tools to accurately isolate and solve complex electrical and mechanical faults.
- Quality Workmanship: Working efficiently to maintain a right-first-time fix standard on all modern VAG platforms.
- Technical Records: Keeping accurate diagnostic logs, software update records, and component coding documentation.
- Team Collaboration: Working alongside a tight-knit crew of passionate VAG enthusiasts in a supportive environment.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent).
- Around 2 to 3+ years of professional experience with VAG brands (Audi, VW, SEAT, CUPRA, Skoda) inside a main dealer or specialist independent.
- Strong diagnostic competence and proficiency with ODIS or VCDS software.
- A full UK driving licence.
