Your Role
As a vital Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic in our Bridgend facility, you will:
- Carry out routine inspections, vehicle servicing, and general mechanical repairs across a range of makes and models.
- Perform diagnostic tests and systematic troubleshooting to efficiently locate and resolve mechanical issues.
- Maintain high standards of efficiency, accuracy, and safety to deliver clean "first-time fix" results.
- Collaborate with the workshop team to maintain a smooth repair flow and uphold health and safety guidelines.
What You Need
Qualifications & Experience: NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair with a proven track record as a Technician or Mechanic. F-Gas certification is preferred (or an interest in obtaining it).
Licensing: A full UK driving licence is essential. An active MOT Tester licence is preferred but not required.
Equipment: Must possess your own hand tools for daily workshop repair tasks.
