Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough multi-point safety inspections, servicing, and mechanical repairs across a constantly updating stock inventory.
- Diagnose complex electrical and mechanical faults using up-to-date diagnostic technology.
- Execute pre-delivery prep and safety checks to ensure vehicles meet strict retail standards.
- Keep accurate repair logs and maintain clear communication with the service and prep management team.
- Partner with a supportive, high-performing workshop crew to maintain efficient vehicle turnaround times.
Candidate Profile
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent time-served background).
- Experience: Strong background in general vehicle servicing, rapid prep operations, and diagnostic fault-finding.
- Versatility: Comfortable working across a wide variety of vehicle makes, models, and performance cars.
- Attributes: Organized, efficient, quality-focused, and a reliable team player.
