They specialise in transport law and are now looking for an Assistant Solicitor to help support their caseload due to ongoing growth.

Working with a small team and reporting directly to the firm's Managing Director, your responsibilities will include:
- Undertaking fee earning work for commercial and private clients, regarding transport, employment and civil matters
- Assisting the Directors and other fee earners in the firm where necessary
- Contributing to the business development of the practice
- Ensuring a high standard of care at all times, with efficient note taking and time recording
- Working closely with Accounts to manage credit control on client matters
- Ensuring utmost confidentiality, professionalism and clear communication
- Actively promoting the services of the practice, its image and ethos
To be successful in this role, here's the qualifications you'll need:
- 1-3+ years PQE - you'll need to be a qualified Solicitor
- Demonstrable experience / understanding of working towards billing and time recording targets in a similar fee earning role
- Civil litigation or Criminal experience, and / or Employment law experience would be a great match
- If you have experience in transport law, this would be a huge plus!
