My client is seeking an experienced Protection Advisor to provide professional protection advice and guidance following the Wealth Management sales process and within regulatory guidelines. * To advise and arrange personal and business protection related products obtaining a full analysis of the clients’ needs and constructing an appropriate solution, reporting the recommendation standard. * Deal courteously and efficiently with any matters concerning clients/introducers/lenders or other product providers. * To engage with new leads and new customers efficiently and protectively. Review existing client’s circumstances and address as appropriate. * Ensure that all associated administration is completed in an effective manner to meet the company’s record keeping and file quality standards. * Develop appropriate business relationships and introducers within the area as well as developing current introducers and referrers. * Deal courteously and efficiently with any matters concerning clients/introducers/lenders or other product providers. * To be able to work to a target efficiently, maximising the potential of every lead. * Review personal performance and maintain continuous professional development. * Use the systems provided to generate competitive quotes for the customers. * Close the sale, handling customer objections where appropriate. * At all times operate within the FCA compliance requirements. * Maintain an excellent level of data accuracy/integrity within our CRM system (Salesforce or FLG experience is desirable). * To have a flexible approach to working hours to meet customer and business leads. * To carry out other any adhoc tasks/responsibilities as set out by Management The ideal candidate will: * Be a self-starter, organise and structure time and priorities to meet the business and customer needs. * Make yourself available to work outside normal office hours to meet the demands of the customer. * Resilience to process/procedure change * Maintain the highest level of professionalism. * Meet and exceed sales expectations. * Proactively approach customers to ensure their needs are met throughout the buying process. * Ensure each clients’ needs have been evaluated and recommendations made. Required skills: * Evidence of strong client review scores (eg. Google reviews / VouchedFor etc) * Farming an existing book of clients (Active / Live cases) * Undertaking annual reviews * Clients referred from business. * CII R01 and RO5 qualified
