Paralegal Guildford/London £27K – £29K per annum My client is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their team in either their London or Guildford office. You will be responsible for supporting dedicated Lawyers throughout the conveyancing transaction processes, providing a seamless and professional service. You will: * Support the Solicitors to ensure all that all conveyancing transactions are handled in a professional and efficient manner * Conduct property searches and due diligence to identify potential issues * Maintain and organise case files, ensuring all documentation is working to compliance and within KPI’s * Manage deadlines and track the progress of transactions to ensure timely completion * Prepare reports and correspondence related to property transactions * Stay current with relevant property laws and industry practices * Deal with all telephone calls in a professional and efficient manner * Ensure all information is communicated accurately and in a timely fashion * Proactively assist your lawyer/solicitor to build and maintain client and agent referrer relationship * Be fully aware of client matters to be able to inform the client and agent of the stage reached * Liaise with clients, estate agents and mortgage lenders in all property related matters * Assist with running cases from instruction through to exchange, dealing with both leasehold and freehold residential properties * Obtain vital information in order to progress each case * Support the Solicitors with any additional tasks when required The ideal candidate will: * Have previous experience of working as a Conveyancing Paralegal * Be a strong team player and work well under pressure * Have strong attention and organisation skills * Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * Have excellent working knowledge on Microsoft office and internal CRM’s Benefits include 26 days holiday, Healthcare cash plan, social events, free fruit and breakfast and cycle to work scheme
