My client is seeking an experienced solicitor with 5+ years PQE in divorce/family matters to join their thriving and well-respected Family Department. You will:
- Provide a first-class service to our divorce clients, many of whom are high net worth individuals.
- Have experience of complex financial settlements essential, to include inherited wealth issues, overseas capital, pensions and property matters.
- Be knowledgeable of the issues relating to business/partnership division upon divorce (and able to interpret business accounts).
- Have a thorough understanding of FPR pension law and comparative values.
- Be willing to act as a team player, sharing knowledge and ideas.
- Ideally have own client following (would be a bonus).
- Be committed to bringing in new work and cross-referring to other departments.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be an experienced, qualified solicitor.
- Preferably be a member of Resolution and the Family Advanced Accreditation Scheme.
- Be organised, efficient and computer literate.
- Have a desire for personal and professional development.
- Be able to communicate well with clients, colleagues and support staff.
- Be keen, enthusiastic and energetic – ready to play a key role in the growth and success of the Matrimonial Department and the firm.
