The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.

My client is seeking an experienced solicitor with 5+ years PQE in divorce/family matters to join their thriving and well-respected Family Department. You will:

  1. Provide a first-class service to our divorce clients, many of whom are high net worth individuals.
  2. Have experience of complex financial settlements essential, to include inherited wealth issues, overseas capital, pensions and property matters.
  3. Be knowledgeable of the issues relating to business/partnership division upon divorce (and able to interpret business accounts).
  4. Have a thorough understanding of FPR pension law and comparative values.
  5. Be willing to act as a team player, sharing knowledge and ideas.
  6. Ideally have own client following (would be a bonus).
  7. Be committed to bringing in new work and cross-referring to other departments.

The ideal candidate will:

  1. Be an experienced, qualified solicitor.
  2. Preferably be a member of Resolution and the Family Advanced Accreditation Scheme.
  3. Be organised, efficient and computer literate.
  4. Have a desire for personal and professional development.
  5. Be able to communicate well with clients, colleagues and support staff.
  6. Be keen, enthusiastic and energetic – ready to play a key role in the growth and success of the Matrimonial Department and the firm.
  7. Be personable and hard-working.
  8. Be a strong communicator and have the ability to support up to stakeholder level.
  9. Work well independently but also be an effective team player.
  10. Have excellent communication skills, both verbal, face to face and written.
  11. Have strong attention to detail.
