My client is seeking an Export Coordinator to join their team in Heathrow. You will be working within an established team, supporting all operations within the Export department.

You will:

  • Coordinate air export freight activities, including documentation, data entry, shipment tracking, billing, and delivery arrangements
  • Maintain full compliance with export documentation instructions and destination requirements
  • Monitor the shared mailbox and action accordingly
  • Resolve customer queries effectively
  • Assist in reception and receiving areas as needed
  • Organise and maintain office records and files, ensuring accuracy and currency
  • Communicate daily with a range of departments which includes the warehouse, import and commercial teams

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have the ability to work independently and proactively
  • Have a minimum of 1 years experience of air freight, customer service, and operations
  • Have working knowledge of ASM Sequoia, NES GEMS or Chief
  • Have a good working knowledge of MS Office
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Be team-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking abilities

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm.
