My client is seeking an Export Coordinator to join their team in Heathrow. You will be working within an established team, supporting all operations within the Export department.
You will:
- Coordinate air export freight activities, including documentation, data entry, shipment tracking, billing, and delivery arrangements.
- Maintain full compliance with export documentation instructions and destination requirements.
- Monitor the shared mailbox and action accordingly.
- Resolve customer queries effectively.
- Assist in reception and receiving areas as needed.
- Organise and maintain office records and files, ensuring accuracy and currency.
- Communicate daily with a range of departments, including the warehouse, import, and commercial teams.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have the ability to work independently and proactively.
- Have a minimum of 1 years experience in air freight, customer service, and operations.
- Have working knowledge of ASM Sequoia, NES GEMS, or Chief.
- Have a good working knowledge of MS Office.
- Have excellent attention to detail.
- Be team-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm.
