Export Coordinator Heathrow £24K – £26K per annum My client is seeking an Export Coordinator to join their team in Heathrow. You will be working within an established, supporting with all operations within the Export department. You will: * Coordinate air export freight activities, including documentation, data entry, shipment tracking, billing, and delivery arrangements * Maintain full compliance with export documentation instructions and destination requirements * Monitor the shared mailbox and action accordingly * Resolve customer queries effectively * Assist in reception and receiving areas as needed * Organise and maintain office records and files, ensuring accuracy and currency * Communicate daily with a range of departments which includes the warehouse, import and commercial teams * Assist in reception and the receiving area when required The ideal candidate will: * Have the ability to work independently and proactively * Have a minimum of 1 years experience of air freight, customer service, and operations * Have working knowledge of ASM Sequoia, NES GEMS or Chief * Have a good working knowledge of MS Office * Have excellent attention to detail * Be team-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking abilities Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
