Warehouse & Furniture Fitter Egham, driving within M25 £30K – £32K per annum My client is seeking a warehouse operative and furniture fitter to join their team in Egham. You will be responsible for a range of duties which includes working within the warehouse, delivering and fitting the furniture.You will: Book in all incoming stock and store within a safe manner Pick & pack operations for all accounts – to ensure that all goods are picked correctly and packed suitable for transportation Load/unload vehicles Ensure the warehouse and work vehicle are kept tidy and clean. Report when an issue arises (vehicle problems/maintenance) Maintain the security within the Warehouse, ensuring it is secure when unattended Assist in all warehouse duties Redistribute the stock into the correct locations Deliver and collect furniture from local destinations Installation of furniture on site as and when required Book in all arrivals and fill out warehouse slips with full details before handing over to the wider teams Keep warehouse tidy and presentable Work and collaborate well with clients when they visit the warehouse Update the operations team with stock control and any damaged goods The ideal candidate will: Have previous experience of working within a warehouse Have 3PL experience
