My client is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative to join their team in their Saxmundham office. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager you will be responsible for maintaining stock control including goods-in, picking, packing and dispatch management.

You will:

  • Work closely with the warehouse team to maintain accurate stock visibility and support daily production requirements
  • Assist with daily and weekly stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy and reconciliation
  • Maintain clean, safe, and tidy working areas at all times
  • Check incoming stock against purchase orders, delivery notes, and associated documentation
  • Actively participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Identify stock shortages and report issues promptly to the Warehouse Manager
  • Work safely and in line with company health and safety procedures, including the operation of MHE (Material Handling Equipment)
  • Prepare shipment and dispatch documentation accurately
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment where required

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a minimum of 2 years previous experience within a similar role
  • Ideally have a Flexi Forklift license, if not a standard forklift license is required
