My client is seeking a part time Compliance and Operations Manager to join their well-established law firm. The ideal candidate will: Be responsible for data management, to include; creating and enforcing policies for effective data management – ensuring accuracy and legitimacy of data. Analyse data to provide insight and support decision-making processes within the firm. Develop and oversee data security measures to protect sensitive information, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and standards. Collaborate with IT to maintain and improve database systems and software applications. Have operational oversight, regularly reviewing operational processes to ensure efficient and effectiveness across departments. Monitor and analyse operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement. Work closely with departments to understand their data needs and operational challenges.
