Our client is seeking an experienced Lawyer to join their Tunbridge Wells office. You will provide high-quality legal advice and support to clients across a range of residential property transactions. You will be responsible for managing matters from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring transactions are handled efficiently, accurately and in accordance with relevant property laws and regulations. Ensure transactions comply with relevant property legislation and regulatory requirements Manage the conveyancing process from initial instruction to completion Liaise with mortgage lenders and other parties involved in transactions as required Provide clear and practical legal advice on residential property matters, including leases and property disputes where appropriate Draft, review and negotiate legal documents relating to property transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable legal standards Keep up to date with developments in property law and conveyancing practice Have a minimum of 2 Years PQE within Residential Conveyancing Have strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm. Hybrid following probation.
