Service Operations Coordinator Basingstoke – office based with occasional homeworking £30K to £35K per annum Due to continued growth my client is seeking a Service Operations Coordinator to join the team.
Working within a collaborative team, you'll play a key role in ensuring operational processes run efficiently, customer commitments are met and service information remains accurate.
The position offers genuine scope for progression, with opportunities to take ownership of new responsibilities and contribute to improving processes as the business continues to grow.
You will: Manage maintenance agreements, service contracts and renewal schedules.
Ensure customer renewals are completed within agreed timescales.
Coordinate renewals and obtain pricing, quotations and approvals.
